Education: Texas A&M University (B.S., 2003); South Texas College of Law (J.D., Dec. 2008); Multiple recipient of the South Texas Academic Merit Scholarship.

Experience: Clifford DeWitt Peel II began his legal career interning for the Hon. Ronald B. King, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Texas. Immediately following law school, Clifford joined a prestigious litigation firm (2009-2016) gaining invaluable litigation and courtroom experience, including helping to secure $13.7 million and $8.6 million verdicts for Plaintiffs sustaining on-the-job injuries. Clifford has vast experience in all phases of complex litigation cases including wrongful death, burn injury, parent company liability, products liability, and workplace injury cases. Clifford has briefed cases for the Texas Court of Appeals [14th Dist.] and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and successfully briefed and argued before the Texas Court of Appeals [1st Dist.] securing affirmation of a plea to the jurisdiction.
